After payment is made, your hypnosis downloads will be available for you to download and save in two ways:
You have 48hrs to download your hypnosis sessions but please contact me if you have any problems retrieving your downloads.
If you have not listened to one of my recordings before, please listen to the Introduction to Hypnosis recording that you will receive with your download before listening to the hypnosis sessions.
To make the most of the hypnosis sessions, sit upright in a warm, comfortable place where you will be undisturbed, & place your feet flat on the floor and your hands placed loosely in your lap. If you are using these to fall asleep then you can lie down. If you are lying down, place your hands by your sides, or lie as you would when falling asleep. Although you do not have to stay still, stillness does help to deepen your focus of attention.
It should go without saying that you should not listen to these recordings whilst driving or operating machinery, or in any situation where you require your eyes to be open.
Headphones are recommended but are not essential.
Focus your mind - then you can enjoy your relaxing and beneficial hypnosis recordings.
Listen to them as often as you like!
Ignore most of what you think you know about hypnosis from TV and the media, hypnosis is simply a state of focused attention where you use your existing psychological processes such as your imagination, beliefs, thoughts, & ideas. It is a mindset where we take control and make tweaks and modifications to our thoughts and behaviour.
You might be surprised to know that you regularly enter natural forms of hypnosis every day, basically any time that you are focusing your attention on something such as being engrossed in a book, TV programme or online game.
Hypnosis is something we ‘do’ rather than something ‘done’ to us, a skill if you like. It is a positive mindset involving a set of attitudes and behaviours that create hypnotic responses, rather than an ‘altered state of consciousness’ or ‘hypnotic trance’. The attitudes & behaviours of this positive mindset include being motivated to engage in the process, being confident in your ability to respond to the hypnosis suggestions, being optimistic about the process, & expecting to automatically experience responses being suggested or imagined.
By adopting this positive mindset you become more susceptible and responsive to the suggestions included in the hypnosis downloads.
