Some people focus on either physical fitness or mental well-being – but why not combine the two?
Hypnocise is a group exercise class complimented by a group hypnotherapy session. In addition to this, you are also taught self-hypnosis and other psychological techniques; and are provided with exercise and meal plans, and access to the Hypnocise Facebook Group. The classes last for eight weeks and they are conducted in association with Gary Fillery – Personal Trainer.
Hypnocise involves a group exercise class which changes every week from a circuit training class, where each person does an exercise for a set period of time at their own pace, then moves on the next exercise; to a boxing session the next week; or a bootcamp style class the next week. The exercises are made up of upper and lower body, core and cardiovascular exercises.
Fancy something different?
After the exercise class you take part in a group hypnosis session. Each week the hypnosis session will concentrate on different subjects, such as motivation, weight management, confidence and other related topics. You also receive fact sheets, psychological techniques and your own online portal where you can note your measurements and progress, and access to a home workout programme and meal ideas.
This is a more economic version of the 1:1 hypnotherapy and personal training sessions that we offer for weight management, which are specifically tailored towards that individual client and their needs.
Your investment is just £150 for the whole 8 weeks, payable in advance.
